A fundamental change occurs when a start-up company becomes a growing venture. This course takes you beyond the start-up activities of a new venture to consider what happens to a business once it opens its doors. The course deals with issues related to growing a business in a digital world: moving from an entrepreneurial team to professional management, growth strategies, and funding strategies.
