Overview

The health care industry provides a unique set of human resources issues for management. Health care teams are made up of highly qualified specialists from a variety of professions. The professional norms and expectations differ among these professionals. This course will address the problems faced by hospital administrators, mixed-profession team leaders, and health care entrepreneurs.
