The focus of this course is understanding the influence of telecommunications technologies in our organizations. We will explore the manner in which these technologies are driving organizations into enterprise and extended network-setting. We will discover why the value proposition of telecommunications technologies lies not only in making organizational performance more sustainable, but also in how it provides the basis for future performance in volatile and dynamic market spaces. Based upon the Knowledge Innovation® Assessment Framework by Debra Amidon, this course uses the future perspective to examine the potential and challenges of telecommunication technologies in organizations.
