Learn the theory and implementation strategies of successful negotiation. This course will examine interpersonal communication and business management practices in which negotiation strategies help you manage difficult business situations and resolve intra-organizational conflict. By developing effective negotiation skills, you can increase your problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
