Dr. Sethuraman is a Professor of Marketing in the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He previously taught at the University of Iowa. Dr. Sethuraman has won many research awards, including the John D.C. Little Award for the best paper in Management Science and the Sheth Award for the best paper in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. He serves on the editorial boards of Marketing Science and the Journal of Retailing. His research has been cited widely in The Wall Street Journal and other business media. Dr. Sethuraman has presented papers in Australia, Europe, India, and the U.S. His consulting clients include Quest and Samsung Electronics.
