Michael Thirtle, PhD

Dr. Thirtle is a staff member with the RAND Corporation in Washington, D.C. Previously, he was the director of consulting at National Data Corporation and a senior consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dr. Thirtle is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. He has consulted for senior policymakers at the Pentagon and continues to serve the U.S. as an officer in the United States Air Force Reserve. Dr. Thirtle is also an adjunct faculty member for two universities in the Chicago area, teaching economics and finance, and a content expert for a third in the area of corporate finance.
