Kristi L. Punches, MSM

Ms. Punches is currently working in the software industry as a senior training designer and content expert. She has expertise in developing and delivering training, conducting data analysis, process development and management, and educational project management. She has participated in company-wide enterprise resource software implementations and has received awards based on her work.

Ms. Punches worked as a sales consultant selling electronics to companies such as Motorola, Honeywell, etc. As a sales consultant she developed an understanding of key concepts needed to own and operate a small business.

Ms. Punches has been published for her writing abilities in the genre of poetry. Her poems have been published in anthologies produced by the International Library of Poetry and Iliad Press. She is currently working on self-publishing her poetry.
