Betul Ozkan, PhD

Associate Chair, M.Ed. (K-12 Instructional Technology)

Betul Ozkan has been an assistant professor of instructional technology at the University of West Georgia. She has extensive background and knowledge in international educational technology and has written several articles on technology for journals and magazines.

Dr. Ozkan is listed in the 2007 edition of Who's Who in America. From 2005 through 2007, she received the Best Paper Award and the Apollo Award for Distance Teaching, Training and Mentorships.
